- Utilize your mother tongue (Greek or Slovenian) daily for communication with partners abroad.
- Use your communicative English for effective communication with your colleagues.
- Managing social media of FAVI including creating posts and organic campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc.).
- Be responsible for all performance channels, setting strategy, creating ads, and evaluating their success
- Contribute to automation, test and improve new approaches and tools.

As a perfect candidate, you possess:
- Native proficiency in Greek or Slovenian.
- Communicative level of English.
- Previous experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, RTBhouse, Adform) at least 1 year
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Passion for marketing and working with data.
- Interest in home & decor retail segment and a good eye for interior design.
