Sales Manager for HU, RO, IT and BG market

Thanks to these, they can find an almost tailor-made product for their home in just a few clicks. FAVI is the market leader among product aggregators, operating in 9 markets (soon it will be 12). In total, more than 10 million users visit FAVI's websites every month. Our users have the opportunity to choose from more than 2,400 participating stores and buy more than 250 million euros worth of furniture and decorations per year through FAVI.

 

Our international team consists of more than 70 people, including many who are specialists and native speakers for each market where we operate, therefore daily communication in English is a must within the whole team. Majority of all team members are based in our Prague office. 

 

 

Who is a Sales Manager at FAVI?

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our  team of Account Managers and Sales Representatives for HU, RO, IT and BG market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, coaching and mentoring your team, and driving revenue growth. The team consists of 6 members and it is international so it is necessary to have English on a communicative level, because you will need it in daily communićation with your team.You will also communicate with our top multinational clients.

 

What would you do as a Sales Manager?

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Coach and mentor your team, providing ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Manage and forecast sales performance metrics and reports
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities and monitoring the situation on all 4 markets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer strategic guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Catalog, Dev) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • You will be working with tools like HubSpot, GoodData, GA4,  Asana, SendGrid, Apollo, Mergado
  • Hire, and onboard  Account Managers and Sales Representatives (of course in a close cooperation with People Care Department)

 

What Should your profile look like?

  • You have English on communicative level (daily and intensive communication with your team) 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and best practices
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and inspire a team
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools 
  • Our tech stack:  HubSpot, GoodData, Apollo, Mergado, GA4, SendGrid, Asana
  • If you also speak Czech and have some experience in a sales leadership role you can get extra points :)

What does the recruitment process look like?

In stage one you will have a pleasant phone call with Martina :) In stage two you will prepare a case study and present it during the interview where you are going to meet with Honza, Pavlína and Martina.
